Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information FxDukeHub collects when you use the site, why we collect it, and how it's stored. FxDukeHub is an independent community platform for Deriv options traders and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Deriv.com.

Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your plain-text password).

Content you post: text posts, replies, likes, and any images you upload to the community feed.

Support messages: messages you send through the live chat widget, so admins can respond to you.

Device identifier: if you unlock Signals, a random identifier is stored on your device and against your account to enforce one-device access, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

Basic usage data: when you were last active (used to show online status), and standard server logs (e.g. request timestamps) generated by our hosting provider.

We don't use cookies or tracking pixels for advertising. Your session is kept in your browser's local storage, not a cookie.

We don't collect payment card or bank details. Signals access is unlocked through a one-time manual crypto (USDT) payment that you send and verify yourself; we only see the transaction hash you choose to share with support.

To create and secure your account, show your posts and profile to other members, operate the community feed and live chat, enforce the Signals device lock, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Account and content data is stored in a hosted Postgres database. Uploaded images are stored via Vercel Blob storage. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and have their own security safeguards.

Live Signals data comes directly from Deriv's public market-data API in your browser and is not stored on our servers.

Your name and posts are visible to other signed-in members, the same way any community feed works. Admins can see your account status, support conversations, and Signals access for moderation and support purposes.

We don't share your personal information with outside parties except where required by law.

You can delete your own posts and comments at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact support through the live chat widget or the WhatsApp link in the footer.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of FxDukeHub after a change means you accept the updated policy.
