FxDukeHub is an independent community platform for traders who use Deriv's synthetic indices and digit contracts (Over/Under, Even/Odd, and Digit Match). FxDukeHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Deriv.com.

By creating an account or using any part of the site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Options on synthetic indices and other derivatives are complex, speculative instruments that carry a high risk of losing money rapidly. Everything shared on FxDukeHub — community posts, live Signals, and any related commentary — reflects community or admin opinion generated from live market data. None of it is financial advice, and none of it is a guarantee of future results.

You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make and any losses that result from them.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

Any signed-in member may post, reply, and interact on the community feed. Admins may moderate, remove content, or restrict posting for any account that posts spam, abusive content, or anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or otherwise misuses the platform.

Signals is a paid feature unlocked through a one-time manual payment, verified and granted by an admin as described on the Signals page. Pricing and payment details shown at the time of purchase apply to your purchase.

Because access is manually granted and tied to a specific account, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

To protect against unauthorized sharing, Signals access is locked to the first device it's activated on. If you need to move access to a new device, contact support through the channel shown on the Signals page.

You agree not to: share or resell your account or Signals access, attempt to circumvent the device lock or any other access control, scrape or automate access to the site, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

The site, community content, and Signals are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FxDukeHub and its admins are not liable for any trading losses, missed signals, downtime, or other damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FxDukeHub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
